Public Sector Pay & Reward Consultant Job Evaluation

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Pay and Reward Consultant for a permanent role in Bristol with a requirement to work on-site one day per week. The salary is up to £47,500 per annum, with guidance and support across Pay, grading and job evaluation.

The successful candidate will provide specialist input on pay reward policies, advise on job evaluation processes, and partner with HR and managers to drive consistent, fair people practices within the public sector.
