Public Procurement Lawyer

We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a lawyer to join their Public Procurement team.
The Role:The successful candidate will join a market-leading Competition & Public Procurement team, advising domestic and international corporations, state bodies, contracting authorities, utilities and bidders on complex and high-value procurement matters. The team advises across major infrastructure, energy, technology, and public services projects.
The role will involve advising on the design and implementation of procurement processes, bidder strategy and tender submissions, and drafting tender documentation, framework agreements, and public contracts. The successful candidate will also advise on EU and Irish procurement rules, standstill and remedies requirements, contract modifications, and ongoing contract management.
- 1-6 years' PQE;
- Competition or procurement background;
- Strong team player;
