Venn Group's specialist Legal Recruitment team is recruiting a Public Childcare Locum for a well-established law firm in Lancashire. This ongoing locum opportunity offers an immediate start and the chance to join a busy, supportive team handling a varied public childcare caseload.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of Public Childcare matters from instruction through to completion
• Representing clients in care proceedings and attending hearings where required
• Providing legal advice on a range of Children Act and safeguarding matters

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with Public Childcare experience
• Strong knowledge of care proceedings and Public Law Children matters
• Previous experience managing a busy caseload within private practice or a local authority setting

Key Details

• Rate: Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience
• Location: Lancashire / Hybrid Working Available
• Contract: Ongoing Locum Assignment
• Start: Week Commencing 14th September
