Job Description
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies or queries effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records and ledgers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Prepare and process payment runs, including bank transfers and cheque payments.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
The Successful Applicant

A successful PTP Specialist should have:

  • Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Spanish language
