Job Description- Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies or queries effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of financial records and ledgers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Prepare and process payment runs, including bank transfers and cheque payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
A successful PTP Specialist should have:
- Relevant experience in accounts payable or a similar role in the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly SAP.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Competitive salary ranging from €35,000 to €39,000.
