Learning Support Assistantsto join its highly regarded SEN and Inclusion team from September.

This full time role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your experience supporting students with additional learning needs while making a genuine impact on young people's educational outcomes.

The Role

As a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Work with pupils who experience barriers to learning and academic progress
  • Support students with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and moderate learning difficulties
  • Assist teachers in delivering inclusive classroom learning
  • Build positive relationships that improve engagement, confidence and attainment
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and the SEN department
What We're Looking For
  • Psychology Graduate (2:2 or above preferred)
  • Final year Psychology students encouraged to apply
  • Passion for supporting young people with additional needs
  • Interest in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Teaching or Mental Health careers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, resilient and proactive approach
