Psychology Graduate, Ealing

Role: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Ealing

Pay: From£450 - £550 a week depending on experience & qualifications

Career Teachers is actively seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduate to join our team as Learning Support Assistants in West London schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent psychology graduate interested in pursuing a career in education and gaining long-term experience supporting primary and secondary school students with SEN. These temporary and long-term roles are available due to growing demand, offering invaluable experience for those looking to apply for PGCE or Schools Direct courses.

While experience working with children is desirable, it is not essential, and graduates from all degree backgrounds are encouraged to apply for a range of full-time and part-time positions with start dates as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

  • Possess the ability to develop professional working relationships with pupils and staff
  • Have a positive impact on learning and behaviour
  • Implement effective classroom management in line with the school's behaviour management policy
  • Offer support to staff and children

All candidates are required to hold an up to date Enhanced DBS Disclosure check, or be in a position to apply for one.
