About Centric Mental Health

Centric Mental Health is a primary care mental health and neurodevelopmental service providing holistic, person-centred assessment, support, and intervention services for children, adolescents, adults and families. As our service grows, we are expanding our panel of psychologists working on a contractor basis, alongside a well-established multidisciplinary team. This offers an opportunity to be part of a progressive, evolving service while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your professional practice.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, reflective psychologists with strong assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills. The successful candidate will value evidence-informed practice, professional autonomy, and collaborative working.

Hybrid: Remote & Clinic-Based, Centric Mental Health

Locations: Hybrid working model combining in-clinic sessions across our Dublin 6 and/or Dublin 7 locations with working from home.

Hours: Flexible & aligned to your availability

Remuneration: Competitive, sessional rates based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (including ADHD and autism) in line with best practice
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
• Produce clear, high-quality reports within agreed timeframes
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues as needed
• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing CPD
• Manage caseload responsibly while maintaining high standards of care

Qualifications

• Doctorate (or equivalent) in Clinical, Counselling, or Educational Psychology
• Chartered Membership of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Candidates trained overseas must provide Department of Health validation
• Fluent English (minimum B2 Advanced level)
• Experience in ADHD and/or autism assessment
