Job Title: Legal Entity/Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level professional to join our team as a Legal Entity Reporting Specialist. This role involves providing comprehensive reviews of financial inputs into license applications from a Capital, Leverage, and Large Exposure perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for commencing the Legal Entity workstream, including policy creation and governance establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide review of financial inputs into license applications from a Capital, Leverage, and Large Exposure perspective.
• Commence Legal Entity workstream, including policy creation and governance establishment.
• Perform backfill role responsibilities.
• Conduct Capital and Leverage reporting.
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions and responses to requests.
• Oversee and support junior members of staff.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in financial reporting.
• Experience in Regulatory Reporting.
• Knowledge of PRA and Prudential Reporting.
