Role Title: Protective - Ops Lead
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 31/03/2026
Days on site: 2-3 per week
Pay Rate: £447 per day through FCSA Umbrella

Role Description:

Project Planning Execution Plan schedule and execute projects to meet deadlines and quality standards superworkscom

Process Improvement Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures to enhance productivity ziprecruitercom.
Budget Resource Management Manage budgets inventory and resources effectively megainterviewcom
Data Analysis Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and improvement areas megainterviewcom
Leadership Mentorship Guide and coach team members fostering a culture of excellence superworkscom
Compliance Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and regulatory requirements interviewguycom
Stakeholder Collaboration Work crossfunctionally with other departments and vendors to achieve organizational objectives spotterfulcom

Required Skills Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field superworkscom
Experience 5 years in operations management or leadership roles ziprecruitercom
Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP systems project management tools and data analysis software superworkscom
Soft Skills Strong leadership problemsolving analytical thinking and communication skill
