Protection Advisor Hybrid Role with Uncapped Earnings & Medical Cover

GCB Recruitment is seeking a Protection Adviser for a hybrid role in Shrewsbury. You will manage referred leads, provide tailored protection advice, and generate new business while delivering excellent service. The role offers a base of £31,000-£32,000 with a tiered commission and OTE £80,000-£90,000, plus medical cover after probation.

Hybrid arrangement includes 3-4 days in the Shrewsbury office and 1-2 days remote.
