Experienced Protection Advisor looking to maximise your earning potential?
We're recruiting for a Protection Advisor to join a growing and successful financial services firm based close to Liverpool Street, London. With a consistent flow of qualified, referred leads from the Mortgage Team, this is an excellent opportunity to write high volumes of business while benefiting from strong earning potential and hybrid working.
The Role
As a Protection Advisor, you will:
- Provide expert protection advice to clients
- Convert pre-booked appointments into written business
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process
- Write high-quality protection business in line with client needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Adhere to all sales processes, compliance, and regulatory guidance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Protection Advisor requirements:
- CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Protection Advisor
- CAS status
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
What's on Offer?
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary
- Commission structure with on-target earnings of £60,000
