Prosecutions Solicitor needed in Rochdale - Paying £50 per hr - ref 000A 71B5 /1

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

• We are seeking a skilled Prosecution Lawyer to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement matters, including anti-social behaviour litigation, licensing disputes, and general litigation. You will oversee cases from initial instruction to court advocacy, ensuring robust legal support.

• Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle prosecution and enforcement cases
  2. Manage anti-social behaviour litigation & licensing matters
  3. Provide expert legal advice on local authority enforcement
  4. Assist senior officers in shaping policy & procedures

• Requirements

  1. Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive
  2. Experience in prosecution, enforcement, or regulatory law
  3. Strong legal advisory & advocacy skills
