Service Care Solutions is currently collaborating with a well-known local authority based in Lincolnshire. They are seeking a Prosecution Solicitor to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.

Salary:

• PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
• Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

This is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension, offering hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Present cases in the Magistrates' Court, including trials, bail applications, and sentencing hearings.
• Manage a high caseload in Prosecution law from start to finish.
• Provide expert advice and guidance within your area of expertise.

About You:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.
• Experience working in a Prosecution law team for a local authority.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience in Prosecution law.
