Proposition Leader, Workplace Pensions (Hybrid)

Royal London is seeking a Senior Propositions Manager to shape and evolve the UK workplace proposition. You will join the Workplace Value Stream and lead design efforts across onboarding, servicing and engagement, working with a cross-functional squad to deliver market-leading employer experiences.

You will partner with the Proposition Owner to translate market insights into practical, scalable propositions that support Royal London's growth and regulatory requirements.
