Blue Legal has partnered with a leading international commercial law firm, seeking a Proposals Executive to join their Business Development and Marketing team. The role focuses on supporting the proposals process, creating pitches and presentations, and making a significant impact at a top law firm.
The Responsibilities:
- Manage select capability statements and pitches.
- Collaborate with the Proposals Manager to deliver responses to client RFPs and secure work.
- Maintain a content library, analyze submitted pitches, and update content accordingly.
- Use the firm's CRM to log opportunities and manage pitch documents.
- Coordinate with the design team and partners for professional proposal presentation.
- Assist with large, procurement-led panel pitches.
The Candidate:
- Experience in proposals within legal or professional services sectors.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
