Property Manager

We are working with a growing property management business who are expanding their presence in Bristol. This is a standalone Property Manager position, responsible for managing a local portfolio with remote support from an established central team based in Scotland.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and wants ownership of a patch with the backing of an experienced wider business.

Key Responsibilities

Day to day management of a residential portfolio in Bristol

Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors

Managing tenancy progression and ensuring compliance

Handling issues independently and escalating when required
