Property Manager

My client is looking for a seasoned Property Manager who has more than 10 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.

Compensation: Up to 100K basic + benefits/ commission/ car.

Qualifications

10+ years experience in commercial property management.
Genuine hunter - this is a new business acquisition role.
Comfortable with and have a proven track record of consistent prospecting.
Highly driven and target-oriented.
Maximise revenues and grow the commercial property register.
Display high standards of service and presentation.
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth.
Highly organised, with the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
