About the Role

We are looking to recruit 2 Property Manager roles on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints related to customers and property, delivering the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.
  • Managing and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all new properties are uploaded onto the system with accurate diaries and documents recorded.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of diaries and documents for each property.

Location: Touchstone, Bath.

After an initial 3-month training period, we offer hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days at home.

Qualifications

Customer Service Experience is essential for this role. Knowledge of IT packages such as MS Word and Excel along with the ability to multi task is also desired.

A basic DBS check is required.

  • Customer Service experience.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement/management.
  • The ability to multi task.
