Temporary Contract Full Time - 35 hrs/week
£24 per hour Umbrella LTD (Inside IR35) / approx £19 Per Hourpaye
We're working with a London-based social housing provider who are on the lookout for an experienced Property Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a resident-facing, operationally-focused role where you'll take full ownership of a patch of mixed-tenure housing stock, including general needs and leasehold homes. You'll be the go-to person for everything from service charge management and ASB to fire safety and resident engagement.
You'll be responsible for driving performance, building rapport with residents, managing agents and contractors, and ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day management of homes across a designated patch
- Building strong relationships with residents and being a visible point of contact
- Working with contractors, managing agents, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Leading on complaints, ASB, estate inspections, and safety concerns
- Budget management, setting and reviewing service charges
- Ensuring lease compliance and holding managing agents to account
- Collaborating on planned and cyclical maintenance works
- Supporting the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused housing service
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a housing, estates, or property management role
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Skilled in complaint resolution, service charge management and tenancy matters
- Proactive, highly organised, and capable of managing competing priorities
- IRPM, ARMA or RICS qualification desirable (or willing to work towards)
