Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Support the upkeep of building facilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Complete basic handyman duties with a smile.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Ensure work areas remain safe and compliant at all times.
• Identify and report any issues that require further attention.
• Assist with general site maintenance activities to keep everything in top shape.

Working Pattern

• Hours: 16 hours per week, with flexible shifts.
• Days: Workdays will vary from Monday to Sunday, giving you the freedom to adapt your schedule.
• There is no fixed working pattern, allowing you to enjoy flexibility in your work life!

• Experienced in maintenance, facilities, or handyman work.
• Practical and proactive in their approach to tasks.
• Strong problem solvers who can think on their feet.
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to tackle varying days and hours.
• Available to start immediately and are not currently serving a notice period.
• Reliable and committed, with a passion for maintaining high standards.
