Property Maintenance & Refurb Specialist

Coastline Housing, serving Cornwall, is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to join a collaborative team responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of Coastline properties. The role includes care of company vehicles, plant and equipment and requires a full driving licence.

A CSCS card is preferred and a basic DBS check will be conducted. Applicants should note a commitment to health and safety and flexible working arrangements.
