Job Description
Overview

The Property Litigation Solicitor (Partner) role is based in London with a Top100 law firm, offering a salary between £100,000 and £150,000 per annum. The full time, hybrid position requires 8+years PQE.

Role

You will manage a caseload of commercial property disputes while playing a strategic part in expanding the firm's London practice, working closely with the Head of Property Disputes and the RealEstate team to deliver business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives, enhancing client and referrer relationships.
  • Supervise and develop junior lawyers.
  • Manage a complex caseload of commercial property disputes.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the department.
Candidate Profile
  • 8+PQE with substantial experience in commercial property disputes.
  • Strong technical expertise, exceptional client management skills and evidence of delivering commercially focused advice.
  • Existing client following or credible business plan capable of generating and growing work in the London market.
  • Proven track record of converting networking and relationship building activity into new instructions.
  • Experience leading, mentoring and developing high performing teams.
