Property Litigation Solicitor (Newly Qualified), Exeter, £52,500+ (DOE) - Are you a Newly Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor looking for that next step in your career? This could be the opportunity for you! JOB REF: 0756.

• Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Assist senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters
• Represent individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters
• Handle a varied caseload including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord & tenant disputes (including possession claims and enforcement), Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes

• Minimum 6 months experience within property litigation law
• Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure
• Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy
• Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness
• Proactive, organised, and a great team player
