Property Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Litigation Solicitor with 4-5 years of senior associate experience to join our specialist team. The role focuses on resolving property and disputed land matters, requiring minimal supervision. You will manage a varied caseload, including:

• Landlord and Tenant disputes - commercial and residential
• Possession claims
• Dilapidations
• Breach of lease
• Serving notices
• Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Breach of covenants
• Trespass
• Adverse possession
• Boundary disputes
• Rights of way and easements
• Party Wall Act disputes
• Residential disrepair claims
