The client is a global law firm with a fantastic reputation. They are known as a fantastic legal brand across the UK and have a large full service office in central Leeds. The Property disputes team works on a national basis and advise a range of well known corporate clients.

Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

• Providing expert legal advice on property litigation matters to large clients across the UK
• Managing a diverse caseload which will include asset management work, development disputes.
• Representing clients in court and mediation's when required.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Working closely with senior fee earners in the team

Profile

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;

• A Property Litigation Solicitor likely to be around 1-5 years PQE
• Ties to Leeds
• A track record working in Property Litigation and commercial property disputes
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively and efficiently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• An interest to work for a global law firm
• A client-focused approach
