Job Description

The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will:

  • Manage a caseload of landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Advise investors, developers, retailers, and corporate occupiers on national property portfolios.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of legal developments in commercial property law.

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor should be:

  • A solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property litigation.
  • Experienced in landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Skilled in advising diverse clients, including investors and corporate occupiers.
  • Proficient in managing complex caseloads and meeting deadlines.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality client service.
