About the Role
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, your duties and responsibilities may include:
- Managing your own caseload of Property Litigation matters from inception to completion, as well as supervising junior colleagues.
- The majority of the work is Commercial Property Litigation although those with experience in Residential Property Litigation will also be considered.
- Work closely with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships and providing a first-rate service to clients.
You will have a minimum of 6 months experience within your training contract within a Property Litigation team up to a maximum of 5 years PQE in Property Litigation. This is a growth role so there is a level of flexibility around the level of experience someone has got as it's much more about finding the right person who will be with them long-term.
