Support the Real Estate team on a range of commercial property transactions
Prepare and review legal documentation including leases, contracts, and property related agreements
Assist with due diligence, title review, and document management
Manage case files and ensure documentation is organised and maintained
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process
Assist with completion processes and post completion matters
Provide general support to the team on property related matters
Previous experience as a Legal Executive, ideally within Real Estate or Property law
Strong understanding of property transactions and related documentation
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Professional, proactive, and team oriented approach
Excellent salary, depending on experience
