Locum Commercial Property Lawyer - West Midlands - Up to £60 per hour umbrella - Remote - Initial 3+ months
Venn Group's specialist legal team is currently working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands to recruit a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive legal team and handle a varied caseload.
Role- Position: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer
- Rate: Up to £60 per hour umbrella
- Duration: Initial 3 months with the likelihood of extension
- Location: Remote working
- Hours: Ideally full time, but part-time will be considered
- Manage a mixed caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, licences and easements
- Advise on regeneration-related work as required
- Option to undertake residential property work if desired, though not essential
- Provide clear, timely and pragmatic legal advice to the Council
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with strong commercial property experience
- Previous local government experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
