A practical and proactive individual to visit and oversee residential properties and HMOs. This role is primarily field-based with some office time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visiting properties and residential block
• Checking HMOs and general property conditions
• Managing situations on-site and resolving issues independently
• Ensuring tenants have vacated properties when required
• Overseeing cleaning and maintenance follow-up

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Confident and capable managing situations independently
• Good intuition and problem-solving skills
• Sense of humour and positive attitude
