Property Litigation Solicitor NQ+ Worcester

BCL Legal is working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Worcester office. The Role:
  • Manage your own varied caseload of property litigation matters.
  • Advise on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Handle boundary and land ownership disputes, trespass and nuisance claims.
  • Act on building contract disputes, professional negligence matters, party wall disputes and environmental issues.
  • Represent clients in civil court proceedings and matters before the Lands Tribunal.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service.
  • Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues on more complex disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case management records.
  • Keep up to date with legal developments and best practice within property litigation.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with experience in property litigation (NQ+).
  • Experience handling a range of commercial and residential property disputes.
  • Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
