Property Litigation Solicitor NQ+ Worcester 
BCL Legal is working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Worcester office. The Role:- Manage your own varied caseload of property litigation matters.
- Advise on both commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
- Handle boundary and land ownership disputes, trespass and nuisance claims.
- Act on building contract disputes, professional negligence matters, party wall disputes and environmental issues.
- Represent clients in civil court proceedings and matters before the Lands Tribunal.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver a high standard of client service.
- Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues on more complex disputes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate case management records.
- Keep up to date with legal developments and best practice within property litigation.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent with experience in property litigation (NQ+).
- Experience handling a range of commercial and residential property disputes.
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive approach.
