A leading national law firm is seeking a Property Damage Solicitor to join its team in Manchester. The firm is well known for its specialist expertise in insurance litigation and offers exposure to high-value, technically challenging work in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You'll handle a varied caseload of household and commercial property recovery claims arising from fire, flood, impact and product liability, with many cases exceeding £100,000 in value.

This Manchester opportunity would suit a Property Damage Solicitor looking to develop their expertise within a highly regarded insurance litigation team handling complex and high-value matters.

The Role:

• Handle household and commercial property recovery claims
• Investigate liability and assess prospects of recovery
• Draft legal documents and manage disclosure processes
• Instruct counsel and experts where required
• Prepare for hearings, negotiations, and ADR processes
• Attend court and support case progression through to resolution
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
• 1 3 years' experience in property litigation (defendant or claimant considered)
• Experience handling property damage recovery claims
• Good working knowledge of household and commercial property claims
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client care ability
• Able to manage a caseload independently and as part of a team
• Commercially aware with an interest in negotiation and advocacy
