Property Contracts Administrator - Hybrid (Maternity Cover)

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join the Property Team in Sevenoaks, Kent on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

You will support planned maintenance programmes, coordinate works with residents and contractors, and maintain records, with hybrid working 2 days per week in the office.

The role is 37 hours per week with a salary of £29,903 per annum.
