Property Compliance Specialist - Inspections & Risk

Cornwall Council is looking for a Property professional to assist in delivering Property Inspections and Audits across its diverse estate. You will monitor Property Related Risk Assessments and advise on compliance functions under various legislations including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
