Property Claims Specialist - Hybrid Glasgow

Crawford & Company Glasgow is seeking an experienced Property Claims Handler to manage a portfolio from FNOL to settlement. You will work hybrid in Glasgow, liaising with policyholders, brokers and contractors to ensure timely, accurate claim processing.

You will review policy coverage, document claim records, and deliver a professional service that meets SLAs and KPIs. The role requires strong communication, organisation and a proactive, customer focused approach.
