- Fixed Term Contract - 6 months
- Pay: £10,574.72 per annum
- Hours: 16 hours per week
- Working Days: 3 days per week - Monday, Thursday & Friday.
- Location: Our lovely Bourton-On-The-Water location.
We are seeking a Property Checker to ensure our holiday homes are guest ready in every detail. This hands on role is key to creating those "wow" moments when guests arrive.
What You'll Do- Inspect properties inside and out, including BBQs and hot tubs
- Check welcome packs, supplies, and amenities
- Ensure all equipment is in working order
- Manage special requests such as high chairs or bed reconfigurations
- Address and report maintenance issues promptly
- Occasionally assist with cleaning or delivering guest items
- Maintain accurate property records and inventories
- Previous housekeeping or property checking experience
- A flexible, can do approach (things change fast in holiday season!)
- Reliability and the ability to work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A love for keeping things shipshape and guest ready
