Solicitor or Associate - Residential Conveyancing & Private Client

Location: Dunbartonshire
Type: Primarily office based with 1 day WFH

A long established, well regarded law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with experience in Residential Conveyancing and Private Client work to join their expanding team.

You will manage a varied caseload including:

• Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, dispositions, transfers of title)
• Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Executries
• Providing clear, client focused legal advice
• Supporting the continued development of the department

The ideal candidate will have:

• Traineeship or post qualification experience in residential conveyancing and private client work
• Strong communication and client care skills
• The ability to manage files independently
• A proactive, organised and detail focused approach
