Property Acquisition Lead - Retail/Leisure (Hybrid)

Cornish Bakery is seeking an experienced Property Acquisitions Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new bakery locations across the UK. You will manage the acquisition pipeline, negotiate terms and lead asset management of the estate to support expansion.

The role requires strong negotiation, financial appraisal skills and the ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with hybrid working 1-2 days in the office. A passion for Cornish Bakery's purpose is essential.
