Property Acquisition & Project Manager

Lex Consultancy Recruitment in Athlone is seeking a property acquisitions professional to support all stages of the acquisition process for a semi-state agency. The role requires a full clean driving licence and flexibility for national travel, based in Athlone.

You will assist in identifying prospective acquisitions, coordinate with landowners and state agencies, and prepare business cases and financial reports as part of the acquisition team.
