Property Accountant - Real Estate Portfolio (Hybrid)

Accountancy & Business Personnel Ltd. is recruiting an Accountant to manage the financial administration of a portfolio of residential developments in Dublin City Centre.

The role requires experience in property accounting, close collaboration with property managers and external stakeholders, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid arrangement (2-3 days in the office) and a focus on accurate financial reporting, budgeting and month-end
