Project Workers Needed Across Numerous Homeless Charities!

We are working with numerous homeless charities that are regularly seeking Project Workers to cover on a temporary basis.

Pay:

£14.50 + holiday pay = £16.25 or £18 umbrella per hour

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Conducting assessments and supporting plans.
• Delivering one-to-one sessions.
• Completing tasks on handover notes and ensuring they are up to date.
• Assisting with clients' care plans alongside key workers and staff, shadowing them to appointments.
• Performing light cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.
• Managing a caseload (essential).

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload proactively.
• Compassionate and empathetic with strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with dual diagnosis (vital).
• Basic IT skills for completing handover notes.
• Note: Some clients may have pets, mainly dogs, with risk assessments in place.
