The Property & Campus Services department of the University is looking to recruit a Project Support Officer to join the Campus Planning & Development Project Management Office on a fixed term basis / secondment opportunity until 30 November 2027.

This role will support the delivery of a continuous programme of building projects and estate improvements.

Working with Project Managers and stakeholders, you will support project planning, governance, and reporting by preparing key documentation and project information. You will organise meetings and workshops, track actions, risks, and decisions, and support consistent stakeholder engagement through communication plans and the production of project materials.

You will also support core PMO operations, contributing to functions such as governance, reporting, controls, and assurance to ensure projects are delivered in line with established methodologies and best practice.

In addition, you will support process improvement activity, contributing to the development and implementation of frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance project delivery and consistency across the programme.

This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of attention to detail.
