Job Description

  • Support the project team in the planning, management and delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities and timelines, ensuring all project phases are documented and completed efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and updates.
  • Contribute to the development of project strategies and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly filed.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues within the project.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Support Officer should have:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Project Management or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
