Job Description
- Support the project team in the planning, management and delivery of projects.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities and timelines, ensuring all project phases are documented and completed efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and updates.
- Contribute to the development of project strategies and implementation plans.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly filed.
- Identify and address potential risks and issues within the project.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Support Officer should have:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Project Management or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
