This is an exciting opportunity working within the Housing Retrofit team to support the delivery of the new Warm Homes programme; providing a professional and high-level customer experience; and providing the team with administrative support to assist with the delivery of the programme and contracts, to improve the energy efficiency of residents' homes.
About youDynamic, flexible and with a can do attitude, you will be a team player who can also organise your own workload and commit to providing a high standard of customer service. You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships.
Highly competent in IT, especially Word and Excel, and ideally familiar with the Government's retrofit programmes.
