This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of statistics, who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the newly forming compliance and governance team
• Work closely with various departments to collate and manage statistical data
• Assist in monitoring and reporting activities related to compliance
• Contribute to audits and ensure records are maintained to a high standard

What the client is looking for:

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with statistical data
• Experience in Health & Safety, Gas Safety, or Fire Safety is desirable
• Previous audit experience is advantageous
• A proactive and flexible approach
• Willingness to work in a hybrid role (minimum 1 day per week in Oxford office)
