Role OverviewYou'll independently manage project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and facilitate meetings. The role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and business processes
- Manage schedules, sprint plans, and milestones
- Support product lifecycle activities from definition to release
- Analyze and document business processes across teams
- Facilitate stand-ups, demos, and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate requirements, UAT, and release transitions
- Track budgets, manage SOWs/POs/invoices, and liaise with vendors
- Plan and deliver SME training activities
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Maintain proactive communication across business areas
- Perform administrative tasks to support delivery
- 4+ years in project analysis, coordination, or management
- Master's degree in Project Management
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and dashboards
- Ability to interpret technical concepts and collaborate with engineers
- Exposure to business change and user adoption strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines
