Are you a passionate Project Manager with experience in workplace? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team.

We are looking for a Project Manager Workplace with experience leading end-to-end (E2E) projects in Infrastructure environments. You will be responsible for managing internal requests (demands), coordinating their technical implementation, and ensuring proper functionality across our systems in the Austrian and Swedish markets.

️ Main Responsibilities:

Demand Management:

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) projects in Workplace and Infrastructure areas.
• Moderate Backlog Grooming and prioritization sessions with markets and vendors.
• Lead the entire demand process from creation to implementation.
• Review new demands to ensure quality standards are met (quality gate).
• Lead the JIRA Demand Board and ensure timely updates.
• Review Functional Analysis (FA) documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate estimations and quotations for demand implementations.
• Serve as the central communication point for all stakeholders involved.
• Facilitate release planning activities and coordinate with relevant teams.

Testing:

• Develop testing approaches encompassing various testing scenarios.
• Collaborate with markets to align on testing strategies and requirements.
• Conduct detailed testing of new demands to verify system functionality.
• Employ the four-eye principle for a double check of testing results.
• Document all testing outcomes accurately for future reference.
• Report bugs identified during testing and coordinate retesting.
• Align testing results with market expectations and provide necessary feedback.

Ideal Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech environments.
• Background in internal systems, Workplace, or IT infrastructure projects.
• Advanced English
• Strong organizational, communication, and functional testing skills.

Languages: English C1

Location: FULLREMOTE (Mandatory location Spain)
