Project Manager Operations - Maternity Cover - 6 months - NL

We're looking for a Tech Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver IT initiatives across Operations & Finance, HR, and Corporate domains. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to manage demand, drive governance, and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions across multiple teams and vendors.

Mandatory:

• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional IT projects
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, project delivery, and service management
• Experience working across HR, Finance, Operations, and Corporate application environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects and programs from business case definition through delivery and transition to operations
• Manage business demand and align initiatives with strategic priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Drive governance, compliance, security, and communication across programs
• Oversee change management activities including training, user support, and adoption
• Monitor service delivery performance and manage SLAs
• Support continuous improvement and business continuity initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project or Program Management
• Strong understanding of project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMP, or Kanban
• Experience with ERP, Payroll, Business Workflows, Integration, or related enterprise systems
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise IT projects in HR, Finance, Operations, or Corporate environments
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus
