We're looking for a Project Manager who's excited about bringing standout retail moments to life in our LEGO Flagship store windows around the world.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of engaging in store experiences and window displays across our LEGO Retail Flagship stores. You'll be based within Our LEGO Agency, Commerce & Digital (OLA), working side by side with retail and operations teams to turn plans into seamless, high quality installations that fans of all ages get to enjoy.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manages end to end delivery of custom in store installations, from concept through installation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational requirements.
  • The Project Manager is responsible for handling risks and expectations throughout the development and production of timelines as well as effectively communicating information out to the full cross functional project team.
  • Adaptable to work across various integrated projects - digital, print, brand and ecommerce.
  • Demonstrates strong coordination with all Agency teams, Vendors, and Market Partners.
  • Curious and creatively minded in order to produce 'great' work within a 'great' team.
  • Is able to seek efficient ways of working with the ability to share knowledge.
  • Tenacity and energy to navigate a complicated and growing global, regional & local business.
  • The role will work closely with Operations to ensure proper deployment of visual materials in store.

The Project Manager sits within the LEGO in house agency team OLA (Our LEGO Agency) Commerce & Digital who are responsible for ensuring the team delivers outstanding communication through integrated creative campaigns & executions.

The Project Manager should be experienced in managing campaignable ideas, moving seamlessly between digital and in store retail, working with a range of collaborators and budgets.

The Project Manager will work on a number of live in store projects, with varied, complex timelines and deliverables - meaning they'll need to pivot accordingly. They will be responsible for ensuring high profile global work gets out on time, whilst championing the importance of craft.

The immediate team includes 4 Project Managers, plus Freelance support when required based across global locations.

We work closely together, helping each other, inspiring each other and most importantly, having fun together!

Do you have what it takes?
  • Confident working with all disciplines of a creative agency and with external consultants and partners.
  • Experience in the delivery of print production is key.
  • Strong retail store window Midweight Project Management experience - having worked alongside a Visual Merchandising team or similar experience.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Actively uses knowledge base in a broader context across the business.
  • Proactive, diplomatic and adaptable mindset.
  • Formidable organization skills.
  • Thrives in team setting. This will mean also contributing outside project work with team meetings & activities.
  • Is adaptive and can bring operational thinking to a wide range of creative project and business challenges.
  • Able to travel internationally when required. You will be working in a UK based team but part of a Global Agency.
  • Experience in Adobe Workfront.
