Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to lead delivery of a large-scale apartment development in South Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong residential track record to take overall responsibility for the project. The successful Senior Project Manager will report to the Contracts Director.

Role:

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme and within budget.
• Lead and manage the site management team, subcontractors and design consultants across all phases of construction.
• Oversee programme, cost, quality and risk management throughout the build.
• Manage client, design team and subcontractor relationships, chairing key project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, Health and Safety, and quality requirements across the project.
• Report project progress, risk and commercial status to senior management and the client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
• Significant experience delivering large-scale residential or apartment developments
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills

• Salary €100,000 - €110,000 + package
